Mandala Art from the Heart

by Madhu Gajjala

The mandala is completeness. Derived from a Sanskrit word meaning circle, the mandala is a sacred geometric design representing both our outer and inner worlds. Travel through the rings of the mandala, and you’ll arrive at its centre. The heart of the mandala is where we find perfect wisdom, beauty and joy.

Join Madhu Gajjala from Germany for an immersive creative Mandala Art Workshop that will take you deep into the beauty of your own heart-centre and of the mandala.

This two-day workshop teaches patience, commitment and joy. At the end of two days, you’ll have created your own mandala, a reminder of your journey and the fullness that’s available when you travel inward toward the inner circle of your heart. Kindly note, the workshop will be held for 2 hours each day!

Supplies Needed for Workshop:

  • A thin, Rounded Paintbrush.

  • Acrylic Paints (Fevicryl or any other of your choice)

  • A Glass Bottle that is pre-done as shown in the image below (This is a necessary requirement or it will take time to dry).

Therapeutic Mandala Art Workshop: Is it For You?

2-day Immersive Experience of Mandala Art Therapy. 4 hours (total) of Mandala Art Therapy with Madhu Gajjala.

  • It is for you if you feel blocked in any manner, especially your heart centre.

  • It is for you if you feel lack of creativity and purposelessness in life.

  • It is for you if you are tired of your routine and want to change your story from within.

  • It is for you if you want to calm the storms in your heart, mind, body and connect with your SOUL.

Art Therapist & Meditation Coach Madhu Gajjala

Madhu enables adults and children to find their creative centre, helping them learn heal themselves with art therapy.

She graduated in Fine Arts from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Passionate about everything art, craft and colour, she has been exploring the creativity of her Soul with PSSM since 2009. The turning point in her life was in the year 2008, after her marriage to Pyramid Master Ram Gajjala. The couple has been conducting regular meditation sessions for almost a decade now! Madhu's art flourished after she found meditation, she credits the practice with connecting her to a deeper, more intuitive creativity.

Madhu began to see visions in which she could see various colours and Sacred Geometry. She channelled her inner Divine Artist and poured it all on the canvas or on the recycled bottles. She firmly believes painting has helped her to know Patience. When Madhu begins to paint, she travels to different dimensions and paints for hours at a stretch. Her most favourite time to paint is during the night.

Finding her strength and inspiration in Bramharshi Patriji, her life purpose is to bring joy through teaching meditation in the lives of all those she meets!
